Do this for each bar and let it dry out ( cure) for at least 3 weeks, The longer it dries the harder the bar.   29 Aug 2007    Cutting your loaf I take the knife and place it where I want to cut my bar. I then press down on the top on the knife with my hand and cut to the bottom of the loaf
